Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship free worldwide. No minimum order. Orders placed before 2pm dispatch the same day; standard delivery is 3-5 business days in the US, 5-10 business days for international destinations.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If something doesn’t fit, doesn’t work, or just isn’t right — send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Even if it’s been used. Just give it a wash first.
Are your products safe for babies?
Yes. Every Nobooboos product is tested and certified to the safety standards applicable to its category — CPSC (US), FDA (for food-contact items like teethers and pacifiers), and CE (Europe) where required. Materials are non-toxic and BPA-free. Independent lab tested before every release.
What certifications do you have?
Where applicable to the product category, our items are CPSC certified (US Consumer Product Safety Commission), FDA registered (for food-contact materials such as teethers and pacifiers), and CE marked (European safety standards). Specific certification details for each product are available on request — just email us.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the dispatch email from us.
How do I clean and care for the products?
Most fabric items have removable, machine-washable covers — cold wash, air dry, no harsh chemicals. Hard plastic items wipe clean with a damp cloth. Each product page lists specific care instructions.
Are your products safe for sleep or unsupervised use?
No. Our wearable safety items (head protectors, helmets, harnesses) are designed for supervised wake hours only. Never use them during sleep, naps, or in the crib. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards from $25 to $250, delivered by email instantly. Perfect for baby showers and new parents. Find them in the main shop menu.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no charge. Damage in transit is on us, not on you.
